Example Fees for a High Court Enforcement Officer

In this example the HCEO is recovering a Transferred County Court Judgment of £2000.

Note: The creditor pays a £60 transfer fee to the HCEO, but the regulations do not provide for this sum to be passed on to the defaulter.
