A production company, supported by a large dedicated research team and fronted by a highly experienced domestic disasters TV presenter, is making a series of 45-minute expose documentaries proving the criminal underworld of bailiffs and High Court Enforcement Officers.

It will profile the people who operate bailiff companies and their policies rather than individual bailiffs, then look into the lives of the people that benefit from bailiff crime. The show will confront them with the evidence in a surprise doorstep visit. They will be shown the destruction their companies brought to the lives of their victims.

Your identity can be hidden. Professional actors can stand in for you, or re-enact scenes in the studio and on location. For legal reasons, all court proceeding scenes are re-enacted by professional actors.

The series will be episodic and looks to secretly capture bailiff companies committing any of the following:

Threatens or placing a debtor in fear of violence

Harassing vulnerable households

Fee fraud, charging for levying on goods when they have not

Clamping a vehicle and abandoning the levy or removal in the debtor's absence

Secretly filming police officers assisting a bailiff committing a crime against a debtor

Improper handling of goods and secretly following the trail of a seized high-value vehicle

Enforcing invalid levies

Following progress in formal complaint hearings about bailiffs

Following bailiffs fee recovery claims through the courts and showing the results

Proving there is a mass corruption and fraud epidemic in the civil enforcement industry

Discovering who is benefiting from bailiff crime featuring a TV crew paying an early morning surprise visit with the dossier of evidence

Presenting the evidence to the police and government

Appearing on camera is optional and professional actors can stand in for you to handle the bailiff being secretly filmed in live scenes on location.
